Heart-2-Heart proudly presents “Lose your ‘ Ego’… Find Your ‘ Self ' ”. Here, we will explore the daily life challenges that are guided by our sub-conscious ego-based values.  We are all composed of both ego and spirit. Our spiritual values, if not nurtured, are overrun by our egos.  Our show will free you to choose the values that will serve you the best, both individually, and in your valued relationships.

Here are some of the spirit-values:

  • Love

  • Connection to others

  • Connection to God

  • Gratitude

  • Appreciation

  • Joy

Here are some of the ego-based values:

  • Wining all the time

  • Getting more

  • Being right

  • Being the best

  • Putting others down

  • Blaming

We would like to invite you to join us by listening to each show, and participating, by calling us, and sharing your perspective. In doing so, you may find yourself getting closer to your authentic true-self, one-step at the time.
